Conduct & Discipline

Students of Hoysala College of Management are expected to maintain discipline, decorum, and responsible behavior at all times. Discipline is the foundation of academic excellence, and violation of College rules will invite strict disciplinary action.

Acts of Indiscipline

  • Ragging or eve teasing in any form
  • Disruption of classes or academic activities
  • Damage to College property
  • Possession or use of intoxicants, drugs, weapons, or prohibited substances
  • Misconduct during examinations
  • Submission of false or forged documents
  • Failure to return College materials or clear dues
  • Any act endangering the safety or dignity of students or staff

Zero Tolerance to Ragging

Ragging is a criminal offence and is strictly prohibited. Any student found guilty of ragging or eve teasing shall be summarily expelled from the College.

Attendance Rules

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory
  • Latecomers will not be marked present
  • Absence without prior permission is not allowed

ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ತನೆ

ಹೊಯ್ಸಳ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಆಫ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸದಾ ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಸೌಜನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ವರ್ತನೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಯ ಮೂಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಶಿಸ್ತು ವರ್ತನೆಗಳು

  • ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ರ್ಯಾಗಿಂಗ್ ಅಥವಾ ಇವ್–ಟೀಸಿಂಗ್
  • ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸುವುದು
  • ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಆಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾನಿ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವುದು
  • ಮದ್ಯ, ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ನಿಷೇಧಿತ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಬಳಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆ
  • ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ವರ್ತನೆ
  • ತಪ್ಪು ಅಥವಾ ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ
  • ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ನೀಡದೇ ಇರುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಬಾಕಿ ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸದೇ ಇರುವುದು
  • ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗೆ ಅಪಾಯ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೃತ್ಯ

ರ್ಯಾಗಿಂಗ್‌ಗೆ ಶೂನ್ಯ ಸಹಿಷ್ಣುತೆ

ರ್ಯಾಗಿಂಗ್ ಒಂದು ಅಪರಾಧವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ರ್ಯಾಗಿಂಗ್ ಅಥವಾ ಇವ್–ಟೀಸಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಿಂದ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು

  • ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 75% ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ
  • ತಡವಾಗಿ ಬಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
  • ಮುಂಚಿತ ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಗೈರು ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
